Sam's Restaurant in Fairfield is Great!
I ate at Sam's yesterday on my drive from Fort Worth to Houston, and I will surely stop there again. The buffet was wonderful, with lots of meats, great saladstuffs, veggies, desserts...a fine feast for $10.80 including drink. Service was very good.
No low carb desserts, though.    [07 Jul 2004 00:56:16]

Recommended Dishes: Get the buffet. I heard the catfish was good, too.

worth changing your schedule for
I live in the Houston area and NEVER go to Dallas that I do not plan my departure time so that I'm in Fairfield at mealtime. Sam's would see me broke if they were any closer than the three hours they are.    [14 Oct 2006 11:07:58]
