Outstanding, simply outstanding
I was pushing a big rig down Hwy 59 before dawn one morning when I saw a sign that said McMillan's Bar-B-Q. Being a McMillan myself, I was curious. It just so happened that I had a load heading the other way that evening. I stopped in and was completely blown away. It was some of the best bar-b-q I had ever eaten, and I had eaten a LOT. My CB handle was "Big Mac" and so was the cook. Our complections differed a little; I was white and he wasn't. We had a great visit and I went on my way, chasing the white line around the country. I made it back to Fannin one other time and had to stop at my favorite bar-b-q joint. I live in California now, but every time I think of Texas, my mind goes straight to McMillan's Bar-B-Q in Fannin, TX.    [14 Apr 2007 22:03:31]
