Don't do it! Having recently moved back to TX from New England we were really looking forward to some good mexican food. Unfortunately this wasn't it. Food quality was terrible, service was slow and the restaurant was filthy. Keep looking [13 Jan 2002 15:35:53]

Cristina's The restaurant is now called Cristina's, but it is owned by the same people. They have the BEST mexican food you can find anywhere. I HIGHLY recommend it. [11 Dec 2002 14:28:10]

If you live in Flower Mound, you haven't lived till you've eaten at Cristina's My husband and I have five kids and one on the way. Entertainment needs to be inexpensive and worth the babysitter's fees. We feel that Cristina's is way worth it. We can split an entree and still have samples for the kids to take home. The apple pie a la mode is fabulous. It comes on a hot plate and the cream carmelizes before your eyes. Be sure to eat it fast. With us, it is not a problem. Their cheese enchiladas are excellent and their Chili Rellano is different from any other. They stuff theirs with beef. Yummy. The service is wonderful. Sometimes we even get the waitresses or waiters to help us with our TEX-Mex Spanish. We slaughter the names of things I am sure, but they are pleasant enough to not make too much fun of us. The ambiance is very nice. It is loud enough that you don't feel like everyone is listening to your conversation, but quiet enough that you don't hear your neighbor's either. Expect a wait on Friday and Saturdays. Anybody whose anybody knows, Cristina's is the place to go. [11 Apr 2003 14:29:02]
