Horrible Service
I received the worst treatment from the manager on duty, Gloria, at this location. I asked for tomatoes for my son instead of pickles on his #2 and she was going to charge me $1.00 a for each slice, but not compensate for the pickles I wasn't getting. I cannot believe that I even had that conversation, because I never have a problem at other McDonald's and they always oblige the customer. She and the cashier were so rude and of course by showing her position had the rest of the crew look on. I do not know if she was going to pocket the extra money or what, since again the other McDonald's always substitute without any problems.    [09 Dec 2003 16:03:15]
