Good Josh Almighty Music - very good bluegrass gospel. Amniance - offset stage is annoying and the ugly curtains need to go. Food - good coffee and fair dishes to snack on. Atmosphere - a bit cramped; Jean is definitely an overbearing presence. [02 May 2001 19:07:43]

Great Place to be on the Weekends Lovely old stucco building, lots of charm. Southwest decor, hardwood floors 'n fireplace. A+ ambiance. Walk a mile for the Red Beans 'n Rice. Fresh Beef Stew is right for mild, add your own hot sauce tastes. Coffee hot, pastries yummy. Overall, AA+ [28 Jan 2002 02:41:23]

Just Relax A good 'ol Southwest Mission with a mission. Just come on in relax and have as much coffee as you can stand. It is like having a concert in your living room -- without the couches. Ted opens every night with a few of his original tunes and then it is on to the main act. Friday is open mic. . .so come with your talent and share your heart. [10 Nov 2002 15:03:14]
