What and unexpected surprise!!!
I took my children here on a whim, never having eaten any sort of middle-eastern food previously. I was delectably surprised at not only the variety of foods, but the fact that the buffet items were labled with the name of the dish, as well as the ingredients used to prepare it.
The foods were freshly prepared, never tasting 'old' or ' dryed' or microwaved as some buffet food items taste. The individual seasonings and ingredients melted palatably together to make a luxurous tasting dish. The fact that it is situated in a restored mansion from the days of Fort Worth's glorious cattle wealth, made this visit unforgetable.    [11 Mar 2004 00:36:03]
