Country Living Meets Fine Dining
The Cottage Cafe is a breath of fresh air in the world of fine dining restaurants. The atmosphere is reminiscent of Tuscan bistro meets Southern Living. Located in the heart of beautiful Fredericksburg Texas puts you close to all the fine shopping and beautiful bed and breakfasts this quaint town has to offer.
They have indoor and outdoor seating and I would highly recommend the outdoor seating on one of the beautiful days which Texas is noted for.
The staff is absolutely incredible. They welcome you into their restaurant as if it were their home and posses all the true hospitality qualities which has come to be the standard for Texas.
The owners are often present and will gladly answer any questions you may have. I found this very unique but also refreshing. They make you feel like part of the family and will go to great lengths to make sure your experience is an incredible one.
The food is tantalizing to your eyes and mouth! They have some of the most beautiful plates I have ever seen. They won the prestigious award for Best Presentation at The Flavors of Fredericksburg and it is obvious why. The chefs take great pride in their creations and make sure that each plate is as individual as the people they serve.
I felt like I had found my own secret garden when I found this wonderful restaurant. I highly recommend it to anyone who has an appreciation for fine dining and country living alike. You won't be disappointed. It will truly live up to all expectations.    [02 Apr 2005 13:01:21]
