Worst Service Ever
I have to say, I generally like Sonics. The quick in and out generally lets me get back on the road when I'm travelling. However on my trip to the Sonic in Giddings, TX on November 30, 2003, I experienced the worst service I have ever seen in my life. I ordered popcorn chicken and that came out fairly quickly however, I asked for barbeque sauce to go with the meal and that is where the problem started. I called twice after not receiving the barbeque sauce and the first time a male said it would be right out. Five minutes later, after watching at least 6 employees standing around in the inside of the Sonic doing nothing, I called again and a female said it would be right out. Again, after at least another five minutes of watching nearly all the employees doing nothing, I asked an employee, apparently getting off of her shift if she could get me some barbeque sauce. She tried to get another employee to get it for me, but finally went inside and got it herself. Needless to say, stopping at the Sonic in Giddings was a mistake I will never make again.    [01 Dec 2003 14:11:42]
