If the kitchen is as FILTHY as the bathroom don't eat here.
My wife, two of our granddaugters and I visited this Chicken Express on Saturday May 11, 2002. We had already order and payed when my wife took the children to the bathroom. This facility was an absolute sanitary disaster. When we reported the condition of the bathroom to the counter, the kid behind the counter said "Yeah" and did absolutely nothing about the report. I like Chicken Express but you can bet I will spread the word about the conditions and the lack of concern for the health of the customer at this location. SIMPLY RUDE
TO SUM IT ALL UP, THE MANAGER AT CHICKEN EXPRESS IN GLEN ROSE IS SIMPLY RUDE. I WAS NOT GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO TELL THE MANAGER EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND WHEN HE BROUGHT IT OUT, WRONG OF COURSE, HE GOT UPSET WITH ME. AND CONTINUED TO PUT UP AN ARGUMENT.
