Waste of time and money
This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The staff is horribly rude. The "greeter" barely said a word to us. Our waitress was the rudest waitress I have ever ecountered. We were a party of 8 and everyones food came out at different times. Half of our group was pretty much done eating by the time the others got their food. The food was DISGUSTING and we were over charged for it. We were so sick of the place by that point though we just paid it and left and didn't try to argue. Honestly, a $1 frozen El Charrito dinner is better than the food at this place. The refried beans were tasteless. The rice tasted old and crunchy. And I don't know what kind of cheese they use for cheese enchiladas, but it wasn't like any kind of cheese I have ever tasted. And our waitress was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. At one point one of us said "excuse me, miss" to her and she said "hold on" and walked away and didn't come back for about 20 minutes. Then, when she did come back she gave some lame excuse about having to take someones drink order. Before yesterday, I had never in my life not tipped a waitperson...but we sure didn't tip her.    [17 Jul 2005 20:38:11]
