Management Change Disaster.
My daughter ate at Cici's Granbury, Texas this past sat. night 1/21/06. After having come here many times over the last several years, we experienced the worst dining ever. We arrived at 6:30pm to find the salad servers almost empty, the noodle dish did not have the two normal choices but instead had a twisted noodle that was cold,the tray of cheesey soft bread was empty, the "L" shaped pizza serving area had only about 5 or 6 pizza selections instead of the normal 12 to 15 entries. We noticed one of the girls from the pizza cutting area bringing out at least 6 pizza's to a table that had 6 or 7 high school boys sitting at it. The bus boy left many tables uncleaned so he could stand around with these high school boys talking. A picnic type table within 6 feet of us was left piled high with dishes and drinks the entire time we were there. One of the girls (around 20 to 24) carried her 2 year old around the hot ovens for about 20 minutes or so. All and all this was a very unpleasant experience for us. We will definetly look around this restaurant before entering it again. It appears to us that there has been a complete change of management and staff at this location since previously this store had very friendly, helpfull and courtious people working there. There's an old adage that goes " If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I feel that Cici's needs to look into this location before it totally loses its appeal to the folks in Granbury.    [22 Jan 2006 09:50:56]
