Exceptional Service for Fast Food
I visited their restaurant in Grand Prairie, Tx. on Gr. Southwest Pkwy. recently. I was surprised at the friendly service and constant attention to the customers needs. I am not used to such a display. The girls were constantly welcoming people, filling orders cheerfully, and asking if our glasses needed to be refilled without hesitance. Great Food, Great Service!
Have lived in the area since July and had never tried Captain D's until this evening. The crew was fairly busy with customers but they took time to greet me and make suggestions since I'd never been there before. The chicken strips dinner was delicious and very filling.
