Tex-Mex to Die For in Historic Setting Family owned and located in a converted old house in the Grapevine Historic District, this is the place to go for true Tex-Mex dining.
The chips are made on-site and served hot, and the picante sauce is outstanding. Servings are generous, and there is a sports-bar atmosphere in one section and a family atmosphere in another area. The food is the real thing, and prices are not a big issue. Service may slow when it's crowded, but there's a reason they are there. Parking is limited, so plan to get there early.
One word of caution: If you wish to sample the Margaritas before seeing the rest of the city... pick a designated driver. They are too tasty to have just one, and too potent to have two. You were warned [14 Jan 2000 12:05:41]
