Best Cafe in town
I've a resident from Hebbronville and will always be a Longhorn fan. I've eaten at Frank's Cafe (Paco's) and have enjoyed the atmosphere with it is after a long day of hunting of during the summer. I 've always enjoyed the T-Bone Steak. Oh can't forget the beer. So if you are ever in town an you have time swing by an drop in and relax at Paco's.    [26 Nov 2005 21:07:03]

Make Yourself at Home
I've known and worked for Bob for many years. He can cook you a mean 16 oz. T-bone and show you how big of a heart he has. He makes sure that every one of his cutomers is well taken care of and treated with respect. Whether it be by one of the waiters or another cutomer. This is the one place in Hebbronville that you can come, sit, and relax, and enjoy yourself. So if you're ever down in Hebbronville visiting, come over to Frank's Cafe. Tell them Mari sent ya! Good food and great friends

A delightful Ambiance
My word! What a delightful American restaurant, I liken it to the kind of place you read about in old-western books. If you are searching for an authentic southern roadhouse this is the place.
