this is soooooo good
This is a real down-home little place. It must be a favorite with locals and travelers because there is usually a line. The bbq is great. They have ribs and brisket and a great sausage. I got the combo plate and everything was really good. The sauce I got was the spicy one and it said you are in Texas to me. Great Authentic Texas Barbeque
I stop in here every time I drive through Hillsboro. Great barbeque.
The ambiance leaves a bit to be desired, but hey it's barbeque. Cafeteria style service. Well worth the stop if you like barbeque.    [08 Nov 2004 14:46:07]

Up In Smoke at Exit 364A of the I35 near Hillsboro has absolutely the best BBQ sandwiches and po-boys of anywhere in TX including Houston, Waco, Fort Worth.....we have tried them all and this place is the best. Thanks    [10 Nov 2006 21:01:22]
