We have been going to Pappas since it opened in Humble. The food is wonderful and that is why we keep going back, however the service is just not like there like the old days. I don't know if these servers are not trained like they used to or maybe the management just lets them wait tables the way they do...but it is really sad and it shows since business is not like it used to be there...they have lost alot. They need to get it together to get their image back. Hope to see it soon. We don't like it now.    [17 Apr 2004 15:13:52]
