BAD SERVICE
I went into Burger King to get 2 veggie burgers. To start off, I was the only customer standing there and no one was waiting on the counter or the window. After several minutes, the assist. manager walked in from outside and asked me if I had been waited on. Then this young female came out of the kitchen area and asked me what I wanted. I asked for 2 veggie burgers, she asked if i wanted whopper jrs. and i repeated my order of 2 veggie burgers. She says Oh! Then rings up my order. When my order was ready, she put it in a sack and tossed it on the counter and went back to talking with her friends in the kitchen. When I got home with my order, they were regular Whoppers and not the veggie burgers that i had ordered. The young female that took my order did not speak english very well, maybe that is where the confusion started on my order. I have tried to call the resturant a number of times at the number listed in the phone book and the Burger King website. (936-291-2094) I have never called a business phone that no one answers. Could it be they get an abundance of unhappy customers? After several failed attempts at calling them i called the corporate office in Miami, Fl. at 1-305-378-3535 and filed a formal complant in hopes they will,at the very least, get someone to answer the phone in there place of business.    [30 Oct 2006 11:10:53]
