Been there a few times
Went there to get a to go order and waited over an hour just to get our food. The staff was nice, but I think my problem was with the chain of command.    [12 Feb 2005 02:11:46]

Good food - SLOW service
It's a known fact in this town that Chili's has the slowest service - always. Doesn't matter is it's early, late, crowded, empty - they are just slow. If a group is standing around and asking - Where shall we go eat? and someone says "How about Chili's?" Everyone will say - Yea - but it's so slow - let's go somewhere else. It must be a management problem. So if you are in no hurry - go - enjoy - but it you actually have somewhere to go - pick another restaraunt.    [09 Jul 2005 19:49:25]
