Generally it is fully accessible. The layout of the assistance bars in the bathroom stalls seems as if they would be difficult to use. Also, the tables have a solid bar running down their length and are a bit narrow, someone in a wheelchair or having to extend a leg has to sit at an odd angle, but the staff is very flexible on arranging seating.

Authentic Mexican food. Popular with college students Thurs-Sat night before heading out to the bars and dance halls.
Restaurant is busy with locals when the college students are not there, it is a popular place to take a family out to eat. Large windows make for a cheery atmosphere at lunch, but tinted windows mask outside distractions. Located in the Townwest Center, near the movie theater.
Somewhat difficult to see from the road since it's all the way to the back of a strip center that sits perpendicular to the highway.

Credit Card Fraud
The "Fine" people at Jose's took it on themselves to charge me an extra $5.00 on my credit card. They did this even though I drew a line through the tip section of the receipt. And yes, I did leave a cash tip of $5.00 on a $28.00 meal. I am not upset at the loss of $5, but the principal of the matter and the fact that they probably do this to people all the time. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and they investigating the matter. Overall the food is OK, but not great. My sugestion, if you must eat here, pay with cash only. [25 Jan 2004 22:37:49]

I ordered a meal and it was not satisfactory...It wasn't what i expected it to be...I informed the waiter and he told me that the manager said there wasn't anything they could do about it...I was very upset but I was with my co-workers so I didnt make a issue out of it...but i didnt eat the food and it seems as if the staff at Jose's did not even care. Used to be my fav but not anymore
We use to eat at Jose's at least once a week, but since they moved location, the food is just not good. The quality has gone downhill. The chicken sometimes taste old like it has been refrigerated and is leftover and the Jose's dip which was my favorite is now watery and thin. It makes me sad because I really did enjoy the food. Oh well, its not that far to drive to 1960 and eat at The Tortilla Factory. [23 Oct 2006 09:07:29]
