Just not I hope I can express this well, but the food just isn't as fresh as it once was. Nor do key ingredients: meats and vegetables and mushrooms taste fresh. For me it's like seasoning is heavy handed to make up for poor quality ingredients. A shame, I used to take everyone here for business but I feel my clients are too food-savvy and would detect the same flaws I do. [07 Oct 2002 21:07:31]

Fair Nothin' special Im afraid. Food isn't real full of flavor. Can't justify price. Not American enough, not fresh or something. I expect more from you guys. [21 Oct 2002 22:23:36]

Great Service and Steak My husband and I go here for special occasions. The filet mignon is amazing! The service is usually pretty good as well. The prices are pretty reasonable and much cheaper than the over-hyped steak restaurants in Dallas. The atmosphere is much better as well. Great for a nice quiet evening! [29 Jul 2003 18:29:21]

for looks only Do NOT get the buffet at brunch on Sundays. Sushi is stale. Crab claws taste like ice water. All desserts are a waste of caloric intake that could be best spent elsewhere. Rotting lemons in a glass display case sat overhead at our table. The live guitar was nice & the service is incredible. But the food at the four seasons, especially at cafe on the green is literally a joke. If you go, go for the feng shui, order some cliquot champagne & a fruit plate & you won't be disappointed. Steer clear of everything else, until they get the food quality back up to par for the 4Season's it is supposed to be. [26 Jan 2005 18:24:59]
