Irving Lover's Egg Roll
This location doesn't hold a match to the Southlake Lover's Egg Roll. I ordered from this location twice there and there were no patrons in the restaurant....only the counter help.

Expectations
If you're going to a fast food chain for the ambience, you have issues. This should not even be a consideration, as you should be ordering it to go in the first place.

On the other hand, the service is bad. My advice? Order ahead because if you get caught in the lunch rush, you will be waiting for 30 minutes whether you are ordering soup or a souffle.

The food quality is about what you would expect. It's like any other fast food Chinese restaurant. Don't expect anything special. Though I am a fan of their Hot & Sour soup.    [12 Jul 2006 12:10:54]

Nice Spicy Tofu Dishes
Nice and cheap, in a nice part of town. Interior is decent and clean, but not fancy. Staff is friendly. Haven't tried the delivery service, so can't comment on that. Good options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Entrees leave enough for take-home leftovers.    [03 Dec 2006 14:50:32]

The BEST Fried Rice
Lover's Egg Roll is a lunch spot, that's why it's not very busy at times. The fried rice is out of control. For just over $5, you can have a meal to fill you all day!

It's a little slow if you don't get there early enough. But it is well worth the wait. Haven't tried delivery yet, but calling ahead is a good idea too.
