Midori Sushi Secret
Small quaint little place tucked in between stores when it really stands alone, Midori Sushi in the Tom Thumb Las Colinas Shopping Center is the best sushi in town!
Friday nights are particularly incredible somehow.
You MUST try the fresh salmon but the albacore, seared on one side, is most astonishing. Also, try the Nabeyaki Udon.

best sushi in town
I love the vegetable tempura. I am not a big fan of thelunchtime sushi buffet they have on weekdays simply because the whole town seems to enjoy it too & the place is too small for the drowd it holds. Also, something about sushi sitting out scares me a bit. The miso soup & ginger salad are served as you sit at the sushi bar. The cold sake presentation could be improved upon. The service is hit or miss but the sushi & sashimi are immaculate. The rainbow roll, the albacore sushi & the fresh salmon sashimi & the octopus salad are all I ever order off the sushi menu... but the vegetable tempura is off the menu but divine! Great sushi spot.
