I have been there 3 times. The service was extrememly slow and the food was typical of what I ordered. I got 2 out of the three meals I ate there free due to such slow serving of my order. [11 Oct 2004 17:15:37]

Bad day Lets start with being seated next to a bunch of young children when there parents were seated across the room from them, on Valentines Day no less. I just loved having food come flying over my shoulder while trying to spend an evening with my wife. Then there was the fact that we had to wait an hour for our food to arrive, at least the part they were not out of. Good thing we didn't get seated any later than 7:00pm or they might not have had anything. On top of all this we had to flag the waiter down just to get silverware and water for our meal. That doesn't take into account that we had to get up from the table and find our own salt and pepper. When we complained to the supposed manager she became sarcastic and rude and still charged us full price when we got up and left the pitiful excuse for a meal that they tried to serve us. My husband and I ate there and had great service and love their tomato sauce with chips. We will drive back 2 1/2 hours to get more. [16 Jul 2006 13:52:03]

Watch out they'll change the price and not the price on the menu The food varies from day to day. The bad experience we had was ordering take out. We had a menu and the item was priced at 7.99. We ordered two of the same Chiecken Fried Chicken at 7.99 each. When picked up the total was over $20.00. Unfortunately someone else was sent to "pick it up" or it would have been settled at the time, When we called back we were told oh, the price has changed you must be looking at an old menu- the price is now $9.49 (for a piece of chicken and two veggies-I don't think so) The problem is they put a "new menu" in the take out bag with the price $7.99- this was pointed out to them The reply was "Oh well we are trying to get rid of our old menus" excuse me? They refused to refund the difference which was over $3.00- they just said oh well the person taking the order should have told you about the price change- sorry. On the front of their menu they have an 800# with a statement Jack wants to know. They want to know how we enjoyed our dining experience. No one ever anwers this phone- I have tried for two weeks and left messages- they don't call back. They may have got my $3.00- but they won't ever get any more of my money- Their staff needs some serious lessons in customer relations- before they lose all their business.... [30 Aug 2007 18:36:00]

In June I invited my son to eat here. We waited at the servers desk for 15 minutes. We saw maybe 3 people seated in the entire place. A waitress came by looked at us and walked off. We then left. Tonight I thought I would give them another try. Myself, my son and daughter-in-law. They ordered Margarita's. When they finally came it had the same consistancy as tap water. The appetizer was good. When my son got his caesar salad the romaine was pink. Had obviously gone south several days earlier. They brought another a while later, by then he had lost his appetite for it. We ordered beers on tap about that time. Our meal finally arrived. I ordered French dip. The bread was burned black, the cheese was hard as if it had been stored uncovered in the fridge. They sent me another which was ok, but there was just a tad bit of swiss melted in the middle. The beers arrived when dinner was almost over. I had my food wrapped up for my cocker spaniel. The bill came to $45.00 for bad service, bad food with no apology. I have a small business in town and people often ask me where to dine. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
