I have eaten there mostly during the lunch rush while they are usually very busy. Usually get decent service for how busy they are....food was delicious. They really give you your moneys worth, actually a little more if I may say so myself.    [19 Apr 2006 13:48:26]

Cool haven in hot
I enjoyed eating here on a recent visit to J'ville. Almost cavernous size, popular with families, but also has great alcoholic mixed drinks--appreciated by me in this dry county. I ordered a pina colada which arrived promptly and icy and sweet on a hot day. Ole! It serves milder Jalisco style food. I tried the "Acapulco" dinner featuring lots of guacamole and liked it so much I came back and ordered it another night. Unlimited refills of iced tea by attentive young staff. Kids eat free on Mondays. Nice ambiance, plenty of parking. What's not to like?    [05 Jun 2006 02:27:19]

Aint too bad...
I enjoyed it. Had an excellent waiter who made the experience quite pleasant. I have heard of bad service there, guess I lucked out? Food was pretty darn good...especially for Jville. I always go to Tyler, but find the food there just as good so why waste gas? Only thing they could improve on is more help up front. I hated seeing my waiter be my host, chip boy, server and busboy!
