Great Mexican Food??
I have been there twice in the last month and been very unsatisfied both times. This last time I ordered the Flameado and under the top layer of cheese was nothing but grease.. Great Mexican food is not suppose to be FLOATING in grease. Service was horrible. We were sitted and it took 6 miuntes before anyone came to see if we had ordered drinks. Our server spent half the time we were there talking to the table behind us about how much she disliked working with new people. Then when we were ready to leave it took us 15 minutes to find her to get our check. No one ever truly greeted us or thanked us for coming.    [09 Dec 2004 11:09:24]

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!
They have no clue what customer service is. Not one person greeted us nor thanked us for coming or invited us back. They NEVER got my order correct and what I did finally get was so bad i wouldn't even give it to my dog. It took an hour and a half just to get my order corrected and packaged to go and when I got home with the food it was disgusting. I will never go back and if i find out the owner's name and phone number I will demand my money back. Also, I have never seen a puff taco with NO meat!!!! the best in Texas
I love this resturant. My husband is in the navy and so we live in different states. Any time I come back to Texas I have to at least eat here. The key is to make yourself noticed by your waiter and if you are not happy talk to the manager. This is how you resolve a probelm. I love the green sauce that is served before you meal. It is a combination of spices, guac., and sour cream combined into perfection. The chicken fajitas are great lunch or dinner. I have personally never had a bad experience but that was in the town of Henderson Tx. They have been there a while. So it could have been just that store. What ever the case if you dont like let them know and if you don't get a comp. then don't return. They will get the picture when they don't get the return customers.    [25 Dec 2006 00:58:22]
