And they are not kidding, the catfish plate was so big it would have fed a whole family! We also had the poormans steak which it too was a large enough portion for at least two. If you come, come hungry. The service was southern hospatility for sure, and expect a good'ol east texas drawl. The best deal for eats in Jefferson by a long shot. It is a very old building (as most are in Jefferson) and it still has the tin ceiling and period details.    [01 Aug 2004 15:52:14]
