Chili's
I tried the chicken crispers. The flavor was excellent. The texture was oily. The presentation was terrific. It arrived hot from the kitchen. The food was fresh and not too spicy but spicy enough to my liking. The portions weren't huge or tiny. This restaurant is very highly recommended by many sources.    [28 Sep 2002 10:01:24]
