Great Bar-B-Que
When you drop by this little "hole in the whole," don't expect the inside to surprise you. Very crowded and tight.

You stand in line to order and it feels almost like you in that episode of "Seinfeld" with the "Soup Nazi" because of their intimidating signs behind the counter reminding you that "Extras are Extra." The food is excellent and on Thursdays get their butter beans. They are definitely worth the wait.    [02 Jun 2001 15:50:46]

Great BBQ, but pricey!
I'll be the first to admit that you'll have to go to a lot of BBQ restaurants to find better tasting BBQ than Nonmacher's, however expect to pay more than at other places. Some time ago, when there was a shortage of beef cattle on the market and wholesale beef prices went up, Nonmacher's raised their prices, saying the increase was temporary. Guess what; prices haven't been lowered since, to my memory.    [07 Sep 2006 13:14:22]
