Lowest of the Low I used to be a dedicated fan, but On Sat 4/28 I was eating out and was invited to Hooters by some friends. Well to say the least there was no parking. Razoo's and Hooters are literally the same lot. Well not thinking of anything except finding a place to park I parked two spaces into Razoo's lot. Well when I came out I was shocked to find my vehicle had been towed. Not only did this cost me 196.00 dollars, it left myself, my wife, and my two young children stranded in a parking lot. One which is 2 yers and one 6 monthss. Needless to say I was upset. Then while waiting for a ride, I notice Razoo's had specifically placed people outside to watch for people parking in their lot and eating at Hooters. What a low thing to do. Well needless to say Razoo's has lost a loyal customer forever and word of mouth is important these days. I am a store manager for a very large retailer in the area. I hope this is not how they plan to get business. Myself and the 6 other people dining with me that night will be speaking of the events of the evining in our company letter, which reaches about 60,000 employees. I hope this one parking spot was worth it to this restaurant. [29 Apr 2001 00:13:30]

In Decline I used to really like this place, but it seems to have gone downhill quickly. The old menu is gone, as are the dishes I used to order. The new menu is printed in a manner that would make the New York Times proud (small print, difficult to read). The dishes they have left are all $9.99 or less as advertised, but the selection is limited. They still sell a lot of different interesting drinks, but they no longer seem to have drink menus or displays on the tables, which doesn't seem to make sense. And the restaurant I went to seemed to be understaffed (10-15 minutes to get drinks - and the place wasn't full). This place is still ok with ok food, but after seeing the "new" Razzoo's that their marketing department came up with, I won't rush back. [20 Feb 2003 18:12:39]

I disagree I visited the restaurant in Lewisville and fell in love with the place. The food was great, our waitress was great, our food was prompt, and it was cheap. I thought it was a great restaurant, and I am definitely going back. [02 Nov 2003 16:29:56]

Rhea Crawford Rhea, I am a very good customer of Hooters and Razzoo's. Yes, parking lots are close together but there is a definite separation between the two. People park in the fields next to the restaurants because it gets so crowded. If a guest from Hooters parks at Razzoo's that could be easily be a $75 to $100 lost sale. It makes good business sense. Take accountability for your judgment. You probably expect this from your managers in your store. Next time your children might enjoy Razzoo's better. It's not quite as spicy. P.S. Razzoo's is awesome. Try the cherry mustard on your catfish poorboy. [02 Mar 2004 23:08:00]

Eat/Drink Here My wife and I have been out of State for over two years. Upon our return to Texas we decided to go back to the same Razzoo's we used to eat at in Lewisville. Boy, this place changed. They changed the atmosphere, menu and put some pool tables in the back. Wow, we love it more now than we did back then. The food is great, the staff was great, the service was quick. And the best thing...dollar drafts, all day, everyday, that includes Shiner Bock! So, if you want to go to a place and have good food, and have fun, go to Razzoo's in Lewisville, Texas! I Love Razzoo's We go to eat at the Razzoo's off of the tollway at least twice a month. I am always amazed at how uncrowded they are. I think they have great service and terrific food. Their cherry mustard is out of this world good. The guy who was towed, although I am sorry that happened to he and his family, I don't think Razzoo's did wrong. You would have been taking away from their business if one of their customers had needed that space. [22 Oct 2006 14:28:44]
