The best place to buy a steak in Lubbock. Cooked to perfection, the steaks are second to none. I once told the owner, Lisa Cagle, that they had too many knives; the steaks are almost fork-tender! Rib eye steaks are selected by thickness 3/4 inch (12 oz.), 1 inch (16 oz.), 1 1/4 inches (20 oz.).
