chicken fried steak
Now I have to admit I am a Northerner so I am no expert on chicken fried steak but we stopped here today on our way betweeen Houston and Dallas and had what I consider a very fine chicken fried steak with delicious gravy and yummy Cajun fries. My friend had a burger and was very satisfied. No atmosphere but the service was friendly and fast and the food very comforting.    [12 Jan 2007 00:27:46]
