AWESOME!!!!
My husband and I stopped by Brothers Bakery in Marble Falls on our little day trip...and after getting three of their pastries..we decided to add it to our "to do" list EVERYTIME we stop in Marble Falls..the Chef is just that in every sense of the word...I haven't eaten pastries like that since visiting California or New York!!!!!!!!!    [01 Mar 2004 09:13:18]

Great lunches
I'm not a sweets person so I haven't the cakes, cookies or pastries but I have had lunch there twice now (in one month!)

They offer a great selection of healthy sandwiches on a variety of breads. So far I've had Ryan's Reuben on marlbed rye and just today had the Avocado Turkey on artisan bread. Both sandwiches are fantastic. Sandwich lunches come with two pickle spears, tortilla chips and salsa. That salsa has to be, hands down, the best salsa I've ever tasted - the best texture, flavor, heat, smokiness. That stuff is excellent. My only complaint is that they serve their salsa in tiny 1 oz. disposable cups.    [24 Oct 2005 15:26:40]

What a place!!!
Brothers Bakery has the best soups I've had since I left home and my mom cooked for me! They always have something new, but they keep my old favorites (tomato basil and chicken tortilla) on most days. And they go great with the BLT--on sourdough, this is the best!
