Ahh, Adkissons... Every Southern city holds a secret, Adkisson's is among Marshall's best kept. Adkisson's is a tiny doughnut shop that opens and dawn and closes at late noon. If you want a taste of heaven you better hurry. The tiny shop offers an array of doughnuts, pastries, and old fashioned cinnamon rolls. The best menu item by far are the light vainilla glazed "plain doughnuts". Careful, they are addictive. Decor allows custumers to gaze at Adkission's 50 years of catering to Marshall's sweet tooth.
