BODACIOUS INDEED
This had to be one of the best barbaque experiences of my life. Due to the smoky aroma a block from the Bodacious enterance, I was able to anticipate the treat I was soon to indulge. As I open the front door my eyes were greeted by antiques that gave the restuarant a rustic feel. The Bodacious crew were quite inviting and suggested their world famous chopped beef, beans, and sweet tea. The brisket was bone licking delicious and the beans had the perfect blend of spices, not to mention the very best barbaque sauce int the world. The tea was nector sweet. The owner told me about the man who started the Bodacious tradition, Roland Lindsey. He suggested that I visit the original location across from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas. BRING ME TO LOUISIANA
MY SISTER AND I ARE NATIVE TEXANS, BUT NOW LIVE IN BATON ROUGE, LA. EVERY TIME WE GO HOME TO DALLAS , WE ALWAYS MANAGE TO STOP IN MARSHALL ON OUR WAY BACK TO LOUISANA FOR TEN POUNDS OF RIBS TO TAKE BACK WITH US. WE HAVE OUR NEIGHBOR HOOKED ON THESE RIBS. MY BOSS ALSO IS IN LOVE WITH THEM. THESE RIBS NEED NO SAUCE, BUT IT,S THERE IF YOU WANT IT.
