Zavala's has the best Tex-Mex food in the Hill Country hands down. It's a pleasant surprise to come across. Kind of like Chuey's out in Van Horn.

Their *hot* salsa is rather timid though. But I guess there's enough people that prefer it that way. Not me.    [20 Apr 2007 01:52:50]
