Delicious Brisket!!!!!
I've been to plenty of BBQ places here in McAllen and I have personal cooked my good share of brisket and I can honestly tell you that they have one of the best tasting brisket sandwiches. The meat is not dry and overpowering with BBQ sauce like other places. The brisket is sooo goood that you really do need the BBQ sauce to hide the real flavor of the brisket. The price is reasonable. You're not getting a cheap $.99 cent brisket sandwich like other places. If you're looking for an alternative to those BBQ places that have lost their touch, you need to try Billy's BBQ.
