Once in a Great while you come across Perfection
Spent the last twenty or so years traveling Europe, from Greece to Spain and all points in between. Though France had some exquisite delicacies, I found Mediterranean cuisine delicious. At Bistro M the atmosphere was warm and inviting and romantic for those there for romance. In keeping with the true spirit of a bistro, the servers are unpretentious, helpful and efficient. When my table is in there hands, I enjoy the all-too-rare freedom of not having to worry about the progress of my meal. Here's hoping the bistro's less experienced servers model themselves after them. And to the Chef Tiffany whose dessert creation watered my palette, which involved chocolate: dark, rich chocolate, Chocolate decadence, made with Callebaut Belgium couverture. This is the best!
It doesn't matter what you get - drinks, the meal, dessert - everything is absolutely wonderful. I have a special place in my heart for the owners because they also catered our wedding.
