poor service
Service was less than adequate. The restaurant was so cold it was hard to enjoy our meal. Can't get a manager to help with any problems and when they do come, their only resolution is to 'take care of the bill'. Don't want a free meal, I want the problem of poor service addressed and solved.    [23 Aug 2004 10:20:39]

Ripped off
I just want you to know that my wife and I stopped by your restaurant yesterday 02-08-05.
My wife ordered ten chetta. I ordered two taco beans and rice.. Not knowing that three tacos come on that order. A waiter with head up A- -. didn't tell me.
So later I told him I wanted another. this was another mistake as he charged me about $2.89 I think for one taco that should have been on my plate in the first place
All told the meal cost me and my wife nearly twenty four dollars.
An outting that we don't get to enjoy very much.
But I hate to get ripped off. So I'm not sure that I will ever frequent another EL Fenix.
You need to get your waiters head out of their A - -. And treat senior's with more respect.
I use to frequent you place often when we can but with service like that I can always go some where else.

Great food, great service
My husband and I enjoy eating there so much that we frequent it just about every week. The waiters have all been so nice to us. If we want to substitute or change our order in some way, they are happy to oblige.    [19 Feb 2007 19:09:01]
