It's Tea Die For
I just spent a lovely afternoon with friends having high tea at the Lavender House. What a pleasant surprise - finally a place that knows how to do high tea right! The atmosphere was wonderful, and the tea itself was as good as any I've had in London.    [10 May 2007 13:43:27]

Brides Best Day
My mother and sisters convinced me to have my brides maid luncheon at the Lavender House and I have never been happier. Not only did they keep us on the tight schedule that we were under, they made me feel like a queen. They had preset menus, beautiful china, and personal tea favors at each place setting. The food was fabulous (assortment of tea sandwiches, small salad, scones and personal pastries). More than any of us could eat. I will never forget our experience.
