The Best Bar B Que!
You will not find any better then Kirby's Bar B Que in the World. It is from a family receipe dating back to his Grandfarther (1943) who open a Bar B Que between Mexia and Groebeck Texas.He and all his cousins spent the summers there and could not help but learn about how to cook this wonderful thing called Brisket.
