Best Fries In Town
Great old-fashioned drive-in, even if you do have to get out of your car to order. Service is friendly; the wait may be a little long for two reasons: they cook to order, and the place is popular! If only they fried their fries separately from the rest of their fried foods, I'd still be able to eat there but now I'm allergic to wheat, I miss those fries!    [04 Oct 2001 11:59:04]

Best burgers, french fries and steak finger basket in the state
I live in Austin, which is known for it's variety of eating places.....but, I've yet to find a burger, fries or steakfinger basket as good as what you get at Bob's. Keep up the good work.    [01 Dec 2002 12:55:23]

Went to Bob's and...
I had the steak finger basket for $5.00. It came with around 7-8 big steak fingers, fries, onion rings, gravy, Texas toast, and a salad. $5!!
I couldn't even finish it all. Very good food.
The only downside was it took about 20 minutes to get our food (but that was a steak finger basket and chicken strip basket).    [06 Nov 2006 13:26:36]

The best cheesburgers in town!
The cheeseburger is the best! We ordered a frito chili pie and asked for mustard AND were refused!!! We enjoyed going there. BUT since they were so STINGY about the mustard??? I don't think we will go back...IF I do go back I will be sure not to ask for any mustard. We always left a tip and were good customers. Mmm..
They have the best cheeseburgers, steak fingers, fries, and chicken strips. It takes a while to get your food because they cook to order, but it's worth the wait. And if you don't want to go sit up there and wait in your car, you can just call your order in. Food is too Greasy!
The food is good sometimes. But now even when I pass by just to go home, the grease smells like it needs to be changed. I think they fry the fish and fries on the same fryer. Also, the burgers are not all that good anymore. Also, the service is terrible. Looks very unsanitary to me.    [27 Feb 2008 17:33:25]
