Great Family Place! Adobe Cafe is a wonderful place to take the family for a relaxing dinner any night. We have tried just about everything on the menu over the years, and have yet to find anything that wasn't absolutely delicious! My favorite would have to be the beef fajitas. The prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the New Braunfels area. You will definitely not leave hungry! [11 Mar 2003 18:53:36]

Tolles Essen Das Essen war super, ich würde am liebsten jede Woche dort essen gehen. aber es ist so weit von Old Germany. Ich gehe aber jedesmal dort essen, wenn ich alle zwei Jahre in New Braunfels bin.
German translated: The meal was super, I dearest each week eating would go there however it is so far from old Germany. I go eating however each time there, if I am every two years in new brown rock. [12 Feb 2004 06:43:36]

Excellent Food and Service I have eaten at this restaurant many times over the years, and have always found it to be spot on!
The chimichanga's and beef nachos are mouth watering good! The margaritas are also a favorite of ours.
I don't know if they still have this dish or not, but if you go for the first time, try the queso flameado, which is cheese melted in a dish, and the waiter flames it and mixes it in front of you. Can be very filling, so make sure to save room for your main meal. [31 Aug 2004 02:26:32]

Maybe it's Because I'm From Mexico I've eaten there a couple of times and didn't think it was as great as the other reviewers did. I guess growing up in Puebla, Mex. spoiled me for Tex-Mex.,specially the yellow cheese and (to me) excessive cummin seasoning. [19 Oct 2004 18:13:43]
