Excellent Restaurant I recently returned from a two week business trip in Europe and upon returning wanted to dine at the European Bistro for comparison purposes. The food was incredible, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was just like I had never left Germany! I have nothing but good things to say about the restaurant and highly recommend you try it. [31 Oct 2003 13:57:02]

Great ambiance As soon as you walk in here you can tell that this is something special. Authentic food, attentive staff and how about that accordian player! A taste of Europe in downtown Pflugerville! [27 May 2005 22:27:13]

Fairly authentic I've lived in Germany (Bavaria) for over three years, so I know what Oma's Schnitzel should taste like. This place is very close to the best you'll get in Germany, and the only place I've found in Central Texas (including Fredericksburg) that isn't American adaptations of German food. Can't speak to Hungarian dishes though, never been there. [02 Sep 2006 14:19:03]

First Class Restaurant I grew up in Holland and was very excited to find a fist class restaurant in Pflugerville that serves authentic European dishes. I think that if the restaurant was located in the center of Austin they would be thriving. It is sure worth the trip to Pflugerville for those of you living in surrounding areas.
