At first glance, I don't care for being served on picnic ware. Plastic throw-away cups and styrofoam/plastic plates?

The best home cooking I've ever had.
The best chicken fried steak in Central Texas...by far. I've tried just about every restaurant that serves chicken fried steak within 200 miles of Austin, and nothing compares to Springhill. Light, crispy breading, perfect gravy. Portions are not the biggest, but the food is great.    [30 Jul 2003 12:55:14]
