Great place for a quiet, romantic, dinner or a nice business lunch. One of my wife's favorites. We've had private bridal dinners, new year's parties, Valentine Dinners, and nice Saturday evening get aways. Clark Jesmore is a wonderful host and chef. The Best in East Texas
They have fantastic specials and desserts. The chicken crepes, fried shrimp, chicken fried steak and pork tenderloin are excellent. The filet mignon was overcooked and I did not like the sauce. But all in all it is the greatest. James and Maria are both excellent.    [13 Apr 2004 14:50:42]

The Carson House Inn and Grille is a wonderful place to enjoy turn of the century decor. A romantic ambiance that delights even the most discriminating guest.
