Gourmet Chinese?
I dunno about gourmet, but this is really fresh and tasty. Nothing seems canned or tired, unlike some generic Chinese dishes. The veggies are crisp and tender, the seafood is fresh and flavorful, and all the fried or stir-fried dishes are crisp and clean tasting. Lots of options, and if it's not on the menu they'll make it anyway. Service is not istantaneous, but for fresh food you don't expect that anyway. Definitely best for take out; the atmosphere is a bit noisy but not awful. We prefer taking it home to enjoy with a cold beer; no alcohol is served so if you want a Heineken you can bring your own or take the food home. Definitely a cut above most of the other Asian places in Plano; diversified menu includes Vietnamese and some Japanese items as well as the various Chinese cuisines.    [30 May 2002 03:05:34]

Best Chinese I have had in Plano
Food is fresh and very good. They deliver, or you can dine in and BYOB. I cannot stand bad Chinese -- it seems to be the norm in Plano. Cathy's Wok was a welcome change and the only place I order from or dine at in the Plano area.    [09 Mar 2005 09:37:42]

Clearly best Chinese in Plano
Quick service, usually less then 5 minutes, you can even order for take-out and less then 10 min you're out the door. They even have stamp cards with every 10 dinner's you'll get one free. Also accepts credit cards. Delivers in the same area.    [12 Aug 2006 19:29:12]
