Don't Overlook this Port Aransas Treasure! Although Beulah's is a bit pricey, it is every bit worth it. It has been one of my favorite restaurants for at least 5 or 6 years. Nestled behind the old Tarpoon Inn in Port Aransas, the atmosphere is unsurpassed. I prefer to eat inside, but outside can be quite nice if it's not too humid. My favorite dishes? Let's see...I don't have one because they are all delicious! [24 Jun 2002 14:37:48]

I love this restaurant. It's the best one in Port A. Try the tuna. The atmosphere is relaxed, with a back porch lit with candles. Very nice. [08 Aug 2002 10:56:12]

What a find! Beulah's is one of Port Aransas best kept secrets, hidden behind the Tarpon Inn, this restaurant is worth the hunt! We tried a variety of dishes and found each and every one of them to be outstanding! The pan fried oysters are NOT to be missed! If you are looking for a high quality restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere, Beulah's is for you. [20 May 2003 12:04:10]

Change in service I was sorry to find out that Beulahs has changed locations to the Pelican Club and no longer allows any children under 10 years of age at any time and only allows children 10 and over prior to 6:30 Pm. This change has eliminated those families traveling with young children. I am sorry that the management does not like children. Not all travelers are able to find child care but still desire to dine out in a fine restaurant while on vacation. [04 Jun 2003 16:33:21]

I've loved Beulahs and now I love it even more. There's nothing more irritating than spending a lot of money on a lovely meal only to have it disrupted by a screaming baby/child who's parents missed the discipline trick. I'm headed to Port A this weekend and I will surely patronize Beulahs! [16 Jun 2005 14:10:30]

Yearly favorite!! A yearly favorite with my family. The food is always good. The upstairs dining is more intimate and has better service. Downstairs is noisy and crowded. A bit pricey for the quality this year. [30 Jun 2006 19:54:05]
