MARCEL'S IS OUTSTANDING
I had the pleasure of dining at Marcel’s over this past weekend. I was looking for a nice, elegant place to have a small dinner party after a wedding on the beach. Marcel’s exceeded my expectations by far!! The ambiance was beautiful, the staff was excellent and the food was OUTSTANDING! I would recommend the New York strip, the fried shrimp or fish, or the chicken cordon blue. Everyone at my dinner party (25 people) loved the food and will all be returning when visiting Port Aransas.    [16 May 2007 13:06:42]

Continental in Texas
We discovered Marcel's by chance over ten years ago, and it has been our favorite ever since. The menu features German classics and basic steak and seafood, all very well executed, but the specials posted on the chalkboard out front are almost always our choice. Fish and occasionally game cooked with European style and Texas sensibility, often a surprising combination and always delightful. Great personal service and every detail immaculate.
