Great Selections - Both Lunch & Dinner

Rotary International meets there weekly at Noon each Friday...and still ample space for regular dining.

Holds its own
Growing up in the area, I was surprised to see Marcello's open in an area where seafood and Mexican food are king and queen. But Marcello's has held it's own due to very good food, a quiet atmosphere, and top notch service. If you visit South Padre and are tired of the seafood/Mexican food scenes, go acrfoss the bridge and visit Marcello's, you won't be dissapointed.    [07 Jun 2005 17:54:25]

Great food at unbelievably great prices!
Go before 4pm to get some great lunch specials! They have all you can eat fish OR all you can eat pizza and spaghetti during the day. ($6.95)

Service was perfect both times we went. We got seated right away and they brought us free garlic breadsticks and marinara sauce before we even ordered. YUM!! We had to get a second helping (also free) because it was just soo good.

The restaraunt is nice and quiet. I've gone there once for lunch and once for dinner. They change the atmosphere and decorations for night and day. During the day it is only lit by the daylight coming in the windows. At night they turn on a few candles and bring out the nice table cloths.
