Sonic used to be a great place to pick up fast food on the nights when cooking wasn't an option. Their prices have climbed out of reach of families and service has suffered as well. The last 2 trips I ordered coneys and both times the bread was stale.    [03 Mar 2006 14:54:40]

Service is Horrible
I was served frozen drinks, which were over filled, with the tops not on tight. Well you can figure it out, ice cream all over my truck! Manager on duty's response? So what do you want me to do about it? No apology, no empathy....maybe if Sonic starts hiring adults instead of kids for management, or teach management skills, they might have better service!

Where have all the good ones gone?
I have loved sonic for years. When I visited the one in Port Neches area the service was horrible,carhop was very rude and unfriendly,prices too high,no ice in my drink and coney bread stale,tater tots were soggy. I generally do not complain but this was horrible!    [02 Jul 2009 17:18:06]
